Often times physical pain has an emotional and mental cause. Diet and lack of self body care play a part in it as well. But many of our ailaments pain and disease come from deep within our minds. Traumas, fears, anger, hatred, anxiety end up coming to the surface and become physical pain. The real and only way to get rid of it is to slowly go through it day by day. Practicing daily meditation and self care exercise such as yogasan and Qi-gong are great ways to assist you on your self healing journey.
